My journey in the ERP industry began with a strong academic foundation, completing my Master's degree specializing in ERP and CRM. To gain practical industry experience, I further developed my understanding of enterprise business processes and ERP implementation while working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), one of India's leading IT companies.

Driven by a passion for helping businesses succeed through technology, I founded an ERP implementation company and have spent the last eight years working closely with organizations across multiple industries. During this journey, my team and I have successfully delivered 500+ ERP projects and client engagements, helping businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, and embrace digital transformation.

Over the years, I observed a common challenge. Many ERP projects failed not because of the software itself, but because businesses selected ERP solutions without first understanding their processes, documenting their requirements, or preparing a clear implementation strategy.

This realization inspired me to establish Berpex ERP Consulting Services.

Berpex was created with a simple philosophy:
